Learning how to get over a mental block in studying has to do with understanding what exactly it is that you’re trying to accomplish when you stop studying. They can come in various forms, for example, if I was to be studying and I had a social media break in the middle of it, I would probably be distracted and probably not be paying attention as much to what I was reading. When you do this you will realize that it was actually much easier than you thought it was going to be.
